So you are interested in joining Praxis and wondering where to get started? Your path to fitness and fun begins with introductory sessions to get you comfortable with the gym, our coaches, and the movements you will be doing on a daily basis.
Starting at a new gym can be intimidating, which is why we require 8 personal training sessions to introduce you to the gym routine, the people you will be working out with, and the movements you will be completing in group classes. This also allows our coaches to identify your personal needs which enhances your own personal safety and the safety of others around you in class. 

One-on-one coaching also means you will learn faster and build a better base level of conditioning to prepare you for our daily workouts.The sooner you start your introduction classes, the sooner our coaches can get you into group classes based on your progress during your one-on-one sessions. Once you have completed the introduction sessions, you can take advantage of unlimited group classes with the remaining time left on plan.
